You have to drive ambulance very carefully in curvy and ascent way of hills.
These type of number of mission you have to clear as your mission.
You have diff-different tricky ways as levels.

steer img -keep try to conrol vehicle usgin direction(steer wheel / sensor).

stone img - see caution on stone beside road.
