All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Psalter using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "Psalter" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

The exceptional beauty of the psalms in the fact that they - the prayer of penitent sinners, who cry out to the Lord in the midst of numerous trials and tribulations, with faith, hope and love.
The urgency of the Psalms is explained by the fact that they contain prophetic insight. Glorifying the past or present, they simultaneously proclaim the future: the Messiah, the Church, the Sacraments. All of this has come true today. All this - the greatest treasure of the people of God, ie Christians... And so the Church of Christ continues to sing psalms. But not all the prophecies have already been fulfilled. We expect the new coming of the Messiah at the end of the world. Jerusalem for us - not only the Church, but also the heavenly Jerusalem - the kingdom of God, our heavenly homeland. Therefore, the thrill of joyful expectation, which takes place in the Psalms, and transferred to our hearts. And we can repeat with the psalmist David, at the same time and with the Seer John the Theologian: Let us sing to the Lord a new song, for he has worked wonders (Ps 97, 1.) Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
