A HEALTH APP FOR AUTISM

Chronaly (Powered for Autism) makes it much simpler to care for a child or adult with autism. It captures key lifestyle information like medication taken, different types of behaviors, and activity level - with the convenience of accessing and using it all in the palm of your hand at anywhere, anytime. All of the information that you collected can also be shared with trusted healthcare professionals and teachers so that the person you care for receives the best possible assistance and care.

SOME OF OUR FEATURES FOR SIMPLIFYING CARE

Here are five features you can look forward to: Profile, Diary, Goals, Sharing, Visualization. Each feature is connected to data, sharing, and monitoring a person’s well-being and health - in partnership with your autism community (therapists, physicians, teachers, parents, and more).

(1) PROFILE
Profiles are created and users can add important medical information like health conditions, name and location of medical professionals, and important locations like homes and schools. This information can be shared with other Chronaly users such as parents, therapists, and teachers.

(2) DIARY
Valuable data and information is captured. Users can add events--snapshots of what has taken place in a person’s day-to-day life. Different types of events have unique inputs. For example, the sleep event would allow a parent to record how well their child slept, for how long, and how many times they woke up during their sleeping period.

(3) GOALS
Goals are created, tracked, and managed for better health and well-being. Users can add goals for activity, behavior, toilet, health, and more. One example is a therapist or parent can create a goal and add a time frame in which the goal is to be completed and the number of times that said goal needs to successfully done. Another example is if a parent wants to teach their child how to tie their shoes, they can add the date for when the goal needs to completed and how the number of successful attempts for the goal to be considered successful.

(4) SHARING
All of the information that users include in the Chronaly app can be shared through the Profile feature with anyone who has a Chronaly account. This is an excellent way to share information with teachers, therapists, and physicians to make sure that they can provide the best care for your loved ones.

(5) VISUALIZATION
Coming soon! Our visualization feature is driven by data and focused on putting data and insight in the palm of your hand. You can access and see metrics, reports, charts, illustrations of all captured behaviors, triggers, and indicators. This information is integrated with diary data to generate relevant analytics and progress transcripts. For example, a teacher can see how a student’s independent reading time has improved over the course of a semester, with data about genres that correlate with more focused reading or optimal reading length.

Small release - fixes bug some users reported in versions below 8.0 for their device where Chronaly's logo did not appear.
