Step By Step Guide To Install Tao e Surgery using BlueStacks

The App for the management of oral anticoagulants in non-cardiac surgery meets the need of Doctors of a fast and accurate means of assessing the different anticoagulation strategies.

The app offers users maximum convenience Doctors, with a usable comfortably in all circumstances, on the desk of the study (web version) as in the ward, through personal smartphones and tablets.

The software is designed for immediate use without the need of learning activities, as driving automatically the data entry process. After an initial phase of insertion of patient data, the doctor is in fact asked which drug intends to use, automatically generating a different path between NAO and TAO:

· In the case of application to use a NAO, the physician can choose between nineteen different surgical procedures, automatically obtaining the calculation of CHA2DS2-VASc score and GFR and directions of use on the appropriateness of the selected drug and guidelines on mode of use of the same; There is also a summary screen on antidotes available
· In the case of TAO, the doctor is asked to indicate what is the thromboembolic risk of the patient in case of choosing a AVK, choosing among six possible conditions, and which of the four planned surgical procedures (dental minors, dermatological minors, cataracts, interventions for which the compression order to promote local hemostasis is not possible) is the one that will be practiced. Even in this case, the software automatically calculates the score CHA2DS2-VASc and GFR and shows the directions of the lines on the appropriateness of the use guide of the selected drug and the mode of use of the same; also it is available on a summary screen available antidotes and, in the case of interventions for which compression is not possible to promote the local haemostasis, also a therapy to the bridging section.
