Habib Ahmad bin Abdullah Al-Attas is a Wali Allah, was born in the city of Ambon on December 16, 1916 of the pair Habib Abdullah bin Hasan Al-Attas and Syarifah Syecha bint Abdullah Al-Ethiopia. His father was a Allama of his time, he emigrated from Hadramaut to the archipelago and then settled in Ambon.

Habib Ahmad since childhood studied religion only to his father who is a great scholar, he grew up in an atmosphere conducive science. No wonder in his teens, he had memorized the Koran and some yellow book as Ihya 'Ullumidin. At the age of sixteen he asked his parents for permission to wander mensyiarkan Islam.

The first city he visited was the city of Surabaya, Surabaya year in the country, he went to Japan and became imam of Kobe for five years. After that he went to Hong Kong and settled for two years. After that he went to Shanghai. After that he settled and married in Singapore for four years.

Having had enough, he ventured back home to Jakarta and started preaching, preaching territory covers also Sukabumi and Cianjur. He started to open assemblies Beautiful Names in 1978 at his home and started up a branch in 1984 in Bogor Cisalak. He is a personal humble, patient, and very commendable moral. His figure highly respected by scholars allawiyyin, he was very humble and very respectful guests.
