Location-based services allow precise requests for services among many other possibilities. The great advantage of this APP is that the community not only informs adverse situations or request services, but monitors the progress of these step-by-step actions as municipal or outsourced agents meet and perform their requests.

The application, still account with a public web portal, which leaves the community informed of all requests made and the status of each. Showing a visual, analytical and georeferenced as the council is dealing with individual and collective needs, with deadlines and quality.
