Here are some tips how to make your teeth white

First of all, you need to know that for healthy white teeth you need to wash your teeth regularly. You need to clean them in the morning and before the bed. Your diet needs to be balanced, and you should avoid eating processed food. Only then you can have white teeth without lots of work. But if you are a smoker, drink coffee, eat crap food then you will need to remove all that yellow, black stains from your teeth enamel. To do that you will need to use baking soda or activated charcoal. Both of the ingredients will work and make your teeth white.

Baking Soda
To use baking soda for teeth whitening, you need to dip a toothbrush into the baking soda powder and then rinse the teeth with the toothbrush. After some time you should wash off baking soda with water, and after several days of cleaning with baking soda, you will see results. Make sure you are not brushing too hard, so you don't hurt the enamel.

Activated Charcoal
In the same way, you can use activated charcoal. Many companies on the market sell activated charcoal for teeth whitening. You buy one of the product, and after some time your teeth will be white. Activated charcoal has one disadvantage, and that is when you are washing your teeth your mouth will be filled with black, and you need to make sure you wash off all of the charcoal from your mouth.
