In this post, I am going to show you how to install Basapp CYB on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...
Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Basapp CYB using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "Basapp CYB" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

As simple as pressing a button on your mobile phone to get the assistance you need; reserve your preferred space, authorize the entry of a visitor or inform the authorities of your development about a particular event.
If your private urbanization uses the Basapp CYB service, you will be able to:
- Inform the authorities of your urbanization about the problem you are suffering. Whether it is an attempted robbery, a situation of gender violence, a health emergency or a fire, you can press a button to inform the authorities of your development and obtain assistance.
- Reserve your favorite space on the days and times you prefer. Depending on the common spaces that your urbanization has, you can reserve your turn at -for example- a soccer field.
- Authorize the entry of visitors. You will be able to inform on which days and times you pre-authorize the entry of guests to your development. This way you will reduce barrier access times and ensure your guests arrive faster.
- Report specific events. Depending on your urbanization, you can report on -for example- loose dogs, cars traveling at high speeds, poor lighting, among others.
If your urbanization has Basapp CYB services, you must be previously enabled by it to use our services.
When you issue an alert, in addition to your contact information, we will include the location provided by the GPS of your mobile phone so that the security personnel of your development can assist you.
Our service is complementary and in no way supplants or replaces the official emergency number of the country in which you reside nor the security recommendations provided by your urbanization.
The operation of our service is subject to the signal availability of your mobile device, its internet connection and the general condition of your equipment. At the same time, although location performance is usually very good, there are conditions and factors external to us (for example: weather) that can affect the accuracy of your location.
