One of the main reasons of increase in the obesity is the habit of eating junk food fast food as women now have very less time to cook food and eat. As a result body is unable to get meals at proper time and also it is deprived of necessary nutrients. This leads to increase in weight which in turn leads to obesity. Obesity is the cause of many diseases like heart attacks sleeplessness reducing flexibility and much more. So let 's have a look at some easy steps that will help you to reduce weight and overcome this dreadful disease called obesity. I have seen people are so afraid of becoming obese that they eat very less which leads to mal nutrition.
