It is divided into four sections, contemplating the preparation of the route (knowledge of the chosen route or expected weather conditions); the equipment to use (features clothing and footwear, food and equipment to carry in your backpack, mobile use); measures to be taken during the development of the activity (elementary precautions, respect and preserve the environment, call 112 in the event of a major accident) and, finally, basic information on the Red Trail of Tenerife, since some of the pilgrimage routes rely on this network and is useful to know the same features as its signaling.
