Step By Step Guide To Install RPMs for Safe Haven using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Special Note: There is zero functionality of this app that uses the device camera, SD Card, or local storage beyond that of the app's own storage file directory. Neither is there any use or function requiring the app to use or have access to the user's microphone or anything that would access device media files. The only reason that access to local storage is required is in order to store app data offline when an internet connection is unavailable.
