Step By Step Guide To Install COMPOS-CPS using BlueStacks

It was created by Act 1098 of 2006, it is the highest decision-making and guidance of the National Family Welfare System. It is responsible for designing public policy, mobilizing and appropriating budgetary resources and dictate courses of action to guarantee the rights of Colombians being.
 
It is chaired by the President or the Vice President, Ministers of Health and Social Protection, Labor, Interior, Justice, Finance, Education, Environment, Housing, Culture, tics; Director of the National Planning Department, the Director of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute, who makes the Technical Secretariat; a Governor representing the Governors; a mayor representing the mayors and indigenous authorities representing indigenous territorial entities.
 
Departmental
 
It is the highest instance for departmental planning, decision guidance and evaluation of the operation of the National Family Welfare System and aims to manage policies, programs and projects of the department, under a comprehensive social management pattern.
 
According to Law 1098 of 2006, Governor presides the CDPS and is responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of public policies for children and adolescents in their jurisdiction.
 
It is made by local authorities, public and private entities, civil society organizations and international cooperation, the Public Ministry and the competent authorities for the restoration of rights.
 
Municipal
 
It is the highest municipal instance SNBF and its purpose, plan, coordinate and monitor the implementation of plans, programs and projects that each entity develops in social policies in the city, under a model of integrated management of , social policies including comprehensive protection for children and adolescents and the family strengthening.
According to Law 1098 of 2006, the mayor presides the CMPS and is responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of public policies for children and adolescents in their jurisdiction.
 
It is formed by municipalities or districts, public and private entities, civil society organizations and international cooperation, the Public Ministry and the competent authorities for the restoration of rights.
