To make sure your StarLily pet responds correctly to the app you should:
• Ensure your device and operating system (OS) is supported by the app.
• Set your device volume to maximum and allow the app access to your device microphone when prompted.
• Point your device’s microphone and speaker towards your pet, no more than 10cm (4 inches) away. Your device might look like it's upside-down, but it'll work better this way.
• Close any other apps running in the background
