In this post, I am going to show you how to install Pocket Fabriano on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Pocket Fabriano using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. “Pocket Fabriano” is the new smartphone application that provides citizens and tourists updated informations about activities and attractions of the town of Fabriano and its territory. The app – available for iPhone and Android smartphones- includes maps, deepening cards about the cultural heritage (historic buildings, museums, monasteries, etc..) and utilities (accommodations, transports etc...) in the municipality and in the territory, in addition to updated news on activities and events. While walking with the smartphone in your pocket, a warning system alert you when you are close to a point of interest: previously you have to activate the GPS function on your mobile. Just take the phone and open the deepening card of the reported point of interest. You can read, for example, the history of the monument or the museum, opening days and hours, address, contacts and website, as well as listen to audio files or watch deepening videos in the card. Thanks to this application, the municipality of Fabriano offers to tourists and its citizens a 360 ° view of the town and its area, providing informations and deepenings about all the typical places and the points of public interest, accommodations, restaurants, and many more helpful informations.
