Smart Locater is an application made for Android which allows the user to make an address with contact information, incl. photos and a pin in a map with the exact coordinates for that address. By saving the address a unique, QR code will be generated.
The application will allow you to send a SmartLocater address to others by sms, e-mail, or other messaging applications. Furthermore, you are able to send the SmartLocater to a GPS/navigation system or simply make a print of it.
You can also share the SmartLocater with other SmartLocater users.
With the built-in QR reader you are able to scan other SmartLocater QR-codes.
When scanning a SmartLocater QR-code, you will retrieve all information regarding that particular address incl. the map with the exact location and the photos. The map will show the exact location of the SmartLocater you have received, together with your own current location and the route between the two.
Any SmartLocater can also be managed on www.smartlocater.com, which also allows users to get the benefit of SmartLocater without the need of a smartphone.
