In a simple, intuitive way without schedules as it is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To access it, an internet connection is necessary.
Once inside the platform, different students have related to our users we appear.
The School-Family section has the following options:
Internal mail
Parents have the opportunity to communicate with the center quickly and efficiently. We can send text messages to staff the school. On the other hand, we receive notifications about any relevant information.
Interviews - Tutorials
Through the platform you can request interviews and / or mentoring to teaching staff. Subsequently, the tutor will create the record where the development of the session will be reflected. While this report is active (7 days after it is created), the user has the possibility to express whether it agrees with the above in it.

Modifying contact details
Through the Personal Information section, you can modify your personal data for proper communication with the center, all provided by certification via SMS (address, phone number, password, email, ....)

Incidents
We can see the impact (delays, absences, ...) we can justify with a quick and easy process. These notifications will be informed by e-mail and / or SMS.

Ratings
The center issued the marks obtained by students in the assessments made in the relevant section within the module EscuelaFamilia; Thus tutors have access to them. With complete confidentiality and security, they can consult anywhere the status of daily notes, ...
