Beragam fitur yang dapat digunakan pada Aplikasi Mudik BPJS Kesehatan adalah :
1. Telepon Penting, berisi informasi daftar telepon penting yang dibutuhkan oleh Peserta JKN dan masyarakat umum saat mudik.
2. Kantor BPJS Kesehatan, berisi informasi alamat dan nomor telepon Kantor Pusat, Kantor Divisi Regional, hingga Kantor Cabang serta KLOK di seluruh Indonesia.
3. Faskes BPJS Kesehatan, berisi peta menuju lokasi fasilitas kesehatan terdekat dari posisi peserta, sehingga Peserta JKN dapat menuju lokasi faskes tersebut berdasarkan petunjuk yang diarahkan oleh aplikasi.
4. Tanya Jawab BPJS Kesehatan, berisi pertanyaan umum yang sering ditanyakan oleh peserta JKN.
5. Info BPJS Kesehatan berisi informasi seputar BPJS Kesehatan melalui majalah INFO BPJS Kesehatan.
6. Tips BPJS Kesehatan, berisi tips-tips penting dan berguna untuk Peserta JKN dan masyarakat yang sedang melakukan mudik.
