Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. Tata Docomo eKYC enables existing customer re-verification as well as onboarding and subsequent activation for a new Tata Docomo customer. The app helps make both processes paperless, fast and efficient by relying on the customer’s Aadhaar unique identification number (UID) and biometric (fingerprint) authentication.
The eKYC app enables replacing of physical forms with pre-authenticated government provided data authentication that is more user friendly and efficient.

To activate customers through this app, you will require:

1. To be registered with Tata Docomo as authorized Retail outlet for initiating eKYC and Reverification of existing customers
2. Access to android based handset with OTG-USB cable
3. Access to registered biometric device with drivers that are supported by Tata Docomo eKYC App
4. Application Supports Mantra, Morpho, Startech and Secugen Devices

The new update gives the customer an option to use his virtual ID , if he doesn’t want to share his Aadhar No. This ensures, privacy for the customers & faster verification as always.
