In an emergency, all important information can be transmitted to our helpers quickly and easily. Once you have requested help, you will be kept up to date on the current order status via push and status messages. You will also be informed of the expected waiting time and you will have the opportunity to track the driver's location live shortly before arrival.

The ADAC Pannenhilfe App is available to all users free of charge - including non-members. However, the assistance provided by ADAC roadside assistance is only free for members within the scope of the membership conditions.
