In this post, I am going to show you how to install AXA UMD on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install AXA UMD using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "AXA UMD" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

[Note 2] about Bluetooth: At the moment, support for Bluetooth is not available on BlueStacks. Hence, apps that require control of Bluetooth may not work on BlueStacks.

The accident reporting service app (AXA UMD) offers AXA important protection on the go. Together with the accident reporting plug it becomes the automatic emergency call system that in case of accident immediately reacts. Operation is simple: plug the accident reporting plugs into the 12 volt socket (cigarette lighter) in your vehicle. From there it connects via Bluetooth with AXA UMD app. Through this link, collisions are recorded and automatically trigger an emergency call. The monitoring stations directly experienced how difficult was the impact and where the vehicle is located. You gain valuable time in an emergency and receive rapid assistance. An emergency call can be made by two ways:

1. Automatic triggering of an emergency call
Thanks to the latest technologies of the accident reporting connector detects an impact of your vehicle and automatically triggers an accident report in our Service Center. This valuable information is included, such as severity of the crash and your location, which can be lifesaving in certain circumstances. Our service center is made up initially by telephone immediately with you and clarify the next steps, such as the use of emergency services with you. we are not reaching you by phone, we expect a serious traffic accident involving injuries from and send independently rescuers to the scene.

2. Manually triggering of an emergency call
Is there a serious accident and want to manually make an emergency call or report a breakdown, then you can also do this manually trigger on the AXA UMD app. Directly on the Start screen, you can select "Request Rescue" between and "help accident / breakdown". In both cases, the app uses our Service Center and arrange for rapid on-site help.

For the AXA UMD app is working, you need the corresponding plug accident reporting and registration data. Both can be obtained from us, unless you additionally agree on the additional services of the accident reporting service with us.
