MORIBUS study has two purposes:
1. To investigate if a four week course of behavioral activation helps your depressive symptoms and thus you feel better in the process.
2. To collect detailed data about your behavior. This is both "subjective" data that you enter (eg. What you have done during the day) and also "objective" data collected automatically by the phone.

You need to plan what you want to do an hour-by-hour during the week. This planning can for example. low Sunday night using the calendar in MORIBUS app. You can easily plan activities that take several hours.

You must then follow your plan during the week and do what you have planned. Once you've created an activity (eg. Gone for a walk forest) you must register the "desire" (how happy you were for intervention) and "coping" (how much effort the activity required) you had.

If you have not planned anything an hour, so the phone will ask you what you have done and you can then enter into the app.

In MORIBUS app indsaler we three types of data:
1. Subjective data, i.e. data as you type in.
This includes: Hour-by-hour record of activities, bright and coping score for each activity and daily indicating the mood.

2. Lens data, ie data that is automatically collected by phone. This includes:
o Battery level
o Bluetooth devices nearby
o connectivity to telephone poles
o GPS localization
o Light level around the phone (light / dark)
o Phone calls, ie number and time of incoming and outgoing calls
o SMS messages, ie number and time of incoming and outgoing messages
o If the screen is on / off
o Sound level around the phone
o Wireless Internet ID (SSID)

3. Questionnaire data when you answer the following questionnaire:
o Beck's Depression Inventory (BDI) - This is a standard questionnaire in psychiatry to assess the degree of depression.
o World Health Organization-being Index (WHO-5) which measures the degree of positive experiences and overall well-being or welfare.

Note that we do not under any circumstances collect data that can identify you. We therefore ask not about your social security. no., your name, your address, your email, your phone number, or other information that can identify you.

All objective data that we collect will be anonymous. This applies, for example. phone numbers for incoming calls and SMS messages which will be changed to a random number (technically a "hashing" function). GPS coordinates will be changed so we can not see your exact movements relative to a card (technically staggered in time and space).
