Step By Step Guide To Install Placa Legal using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

The Legal Board application allows anyone to access information on vehicles registered in the Holy Spirit and know if there is a record of theft or if the card was cloned.

Simply enter the board, whether there is a record and, if so, trigger the Military Police by calling 190. A query to the database of the Department of Traffic of the Holy Spirit (DMV-ES) happens instantly.

If yes to record stole or stolen, the information is highlighted in red. Have the possibility of cloning card user must be observed.

When you enter a sequence of letters and numbers, with or without record of theft, information brand / model / color also appears. If the characteristics identified by the system do not match the vehicle whose plate was consulted, may be cloning and citizens can also trigger the police.
