In this post, I am going to show you how to install Pirate Connect on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Pirate Connect using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Pirate Connect" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

The campus community through out the City of Hampton can download and the app powered by cutting-edge technologies. The Hampton University Student App allows allows users to be in immediate 2-way, GEO-targeted communication with campus police right from their Apple of Android mobile device -- giving Pirate fans a level of protection never before possible.

With one simple Alert Button, ConnectProtect℠ gives Hampton University students, faculty and administration can instantly contact campus law enforcement to speak with them and simultaneously provide their exact GPS-tagged location, enabling Hampton University law enforcement to better respond to their needs.

PirateProtect℠ also provides “Activation upon Release” fail-safe technology for use when walking to/from locations – particularly at night when it isn’t practical to affirmatively activate an alert.

Placing General Alerts

The user PRESSES the Red Button Alert and then releases it within 2 seconds. If you do not cancel within the 5-second countdown, a 911 call will commence and your exact GPS location will be provided to campus police.

Walking to/from a Campus Location

The user HOLDS down the Red Alert Button continuously until they safely reach their location, then they release the button and cancel within 5 seconds. If you are disabled and cannot CANCEL within 5 seconds, a 911 call will immediately commence and your EXACT GPS location will be transmitted to Hampton University police.
