My Jersey is a unique smartphone application specifically designed for the island of Jersey (Channel Islands).

It allows you to view information on a range of businesses such as doctors, restaurants, hotels, hairdressers as well as the best places to visit, information about car parks, beaches, public services and Jersey events.

WHY “MY” JERSEY

The My Jersey App is non only a rich source of information right at your fingertips, it also allows you to be kept informed about the islands latest news and events.

Each company listed in My Jersey will regularly publish their latest news which you can view from the company’s news section. However, if you want to be kept informed automatically, you can subscribe to the company’s news by pressing the “Subscribe” button. This will send you a push notification message every time the company you are subscribing to publish a new event or new article. You can un-subscribe from any or all of the companies at any time.

Additionally, My Jersey gives you a map of the whole island with the location of hundreds of businesses, beaches, car parks...etc. You can refine the map to only display a category instead of all the listings.

My Jersey is regularly updated and when a new update is available, the App will automatically download the latest information to make sure you are fully up to date with everything that is happening in Jersey.

The contact button allows you to email or call the company if required directly from your phone.

VISITING JERSEY WITH NO DATA CONTRACT?

Many visitors to the island may be unable to access online content while on 3G if they do not have a roaming data agreement with their service provider. To avoid this issue, My Jersey App provide an offline tab.

This gives you the option to download the latest information either before coming to Jersey or whilst on a Wi-Fi connection in your hotel to be used when no internet connection is available. The App will advise you when the content has been updated and you will be able to use your App without worrying about having a 3G signal or running heavy data roaming charges.
