Step By Step Guide To Install Meditation Made Easy using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Ira Israel is a Licensed Counselor and Licensed Psychotherapist with over 27 years of experience working in various capacities with award-winning filmmakers, musicians, artists, writers and actors.


Ira received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988 and then a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Connecticut in 1989. After two years of working in New York City, Ira moved to Paris to study art, literature, film, and music.


While exploring Asia in 1994, Ira became interested in Buddhism, yoga, and meditation – all of which led to taking a second Master of Arts degree in Religious Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara where he concentrated on the histories of mindfulness and yoga.


After many more years of practicing with the world's leading teachers, Ira decided to complete his academic education with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University where he focused on Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, the works of Carl Jung, as well as the most recent healing modalities.
