What is the caller ID display function?
- As one of the core functions of the Cardak Partners app, when a call comes in from a customer, the customer's quote request information (car model, photo, request details, etc.) is displayed on the screen using the calling phone number. This is a function that helps you to respond smoothly to customers.
- To use this function, the call log (READ_CALL_LOG) permission is required in the app, and if it is not provided, the function cannot be used. (There is no problem in using other functions except for the caller ID display function.)

How to apply for a store on Cardak
1) Submit an application through the store application page (https://www.cardoc.co.kr/partners) or customer center 1599-4572.
2) When the submission is complete, the cardak operation team will reply to the number you left.
※ The store entry process is flexible according to the region and customer demand, and includes on-site interview and facility verification work.
※ After entering the store, you can selectively receive repair customers from the desired region and desired car model.
