virtic digitizes and automates the time management process from planning, time recording and automatic salary preparation and travel expenses to export to your payroll program or ERP software.

This app is an extension of virtic time management for Android smartphones. With this app, employees record their working hours at the customer comfortable, at the construction site, in the workshop or in the office. The time stamp will be immediately transferred to the virtic server and thus are available for processing. The timestamps are automated for payroll, travel expense accounting and cost accounting processed.

NFC capabilities
Unlike the Web app offers the Android app additionally NFC Funtionen:
- Fixed time recording: Employees sign up with their NFC tag (Keychain) on the assembled on the construction site or in the office and used as a time clock smartphone.
- Mobile time tracking for teams: Worker sign with their NFC tag (key fob) to the smartphone of the foreman or foreman at.
- Acquisition of vehicles, machinery and tools: use and operation times are recorded and posted to cost centers / operators
