- Cayla works both online and offline. When Cayla is online, all functions operate. When she is offline, talks and interacts she, too, but voice recognition is not working.
It is recommended that you use the Nexus 5 and 7, Samsung Galaxy Note 3, S3, S4, S5 or LG G2, G3 for better compatibility.

To ensure the best performance by:
- Turn off other running apps on your mobile or tablet.
- Playing with the doll a quiet place. Noise affects her hearing, and she can therefore be wrong if it is noisy.
- Use your mobile or tablet device with a fast and stable internet connection.
- Ask you about 30 cm in front of the doll and look straight at her.
- Speak when her necklace lights up and listen and wait when it does not.
- Speak clearly so doll understands you. If she does not hear you, speak louder or come closer and try again.
- Update the operating system and Google Search app to the latest version. Disable the "Bluetooth headset" in the Google Search app by unchecking the box.
