It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Vodafone Push to Talk is a push-to-talk application that uses VoIP to make PTT calls. To this end audio is required in the background. The application is in the background of regular use GPS in order to transmit location data to the server in order to allow the dispatch functionality.
