In this post, I am going to show you how to install Sms-livräddare on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...
Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Sms-livräddare using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "Sms-livräddare" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

You are now entering your municipality so that we can better see the degree of coverage of volunteer lifeguards in Sweden.
Via the app, you can reach the Swedish CPR Council's 15-minute interactive web training "Alla kan HLR".
Volunteer ID
You can easily reach your Volunteer ID both via map and menu, and you can show it on site in the event of an alarm.
Test alarm
We have developed the test alarm so that you can practice better and become safer. The test alarm now behaves more like a real alarm.
Alarm
When you receive a push notification about an alarm, your position and the location of the alarm are shown on a map to give you a better overview before answering Yes or No.
Sounds and vibrations stop when you are asked to say Yes or No. You can then look at the map in peace and quiet while you assess your chances of getting to the location quickly before you say yes or no.
New flow in the alarm itself
In the event of an alarm, at least one person is always directed directly to the location of the alarm, but that person can still see defibrillators on the map and choose to click on one to get directions.
In the event of an alarm, you can choose to change which defibrillator you receive directions to, and you can change this during an ongoing alarm. We show several defibrillators around your position and around the location of the alarm and let you make the decision about which one you choose to pick up.
In the event of an alarm, you can also choose to go directly to the location. When you click on the icon with the heart, you get directions directly there.
Directions
If you choose to get directions in the app to walk or drive, this choice is saved for the next occasion, and of course you can change it at any time by clicking the buttons for this.
Click on the blue address link to the location of the victim or defibrillator, it will take you to Google maps and there you will have full support for navigation, including voice navigation.
Alarms are sent from the emergency centers in Sweden when they have received a 112 call about a suspected cardiac arrest. They are responsible for the data and can update it and also cancel alarms.
ATTENTION! You must be 18 years of age to register and it is your own responsibility to acquire the necessary knowledge in cardiopulmonary resuscitation NOTE!
The system is currently used in several regions in Sweden, and you can be alerted in all of these. More regions are in the works, so keep an eye on Sms-livraddare's Facebook or the website www.smslivraddare.se
You cannot receive alarms in regions that have not yet joined SMS lifeguards even if you download the app and register, but as a volunteer you can, however, receive alarms in ALL regions where the system is active!
