Fasting interval: weekly schedule and tips for seven-day juice fast !!

other information about interval fasting: Weekly schedule:

"Interval fasting" refers to a diet that is consistent with our ur biological clock. Learn now what that means, how it works and what it brings!
The interval fasting (or intermittent fasting) corresponds to the natural biology of our bodies. It goes back to an ancient way of life in the Stone Age, when at times of food intake days followed where no food was available.

The body was thus originally conditioned to switch from an anabolic metabolism (anabolism = building body structures through the component of food) during the diet time to a catabolic (catabolism = reduction of substance for energy) during Lent.

The lack of food meant that the body cells could regenerate, because the body was not involved in the metabolism of food components.
Almost researchers found now that the positive effect of fasting occurs on health after a short period of fasting. So the interval fasting arose.
When food deprivation during Lent initially excess sugar in the blood and insulin levels break down and then the fat from the fat reserves and the toxins contained therein are consulted for energy and degraded. At the same cellular repair mechanisms are set in motion.
The health aspect: studies on fasting interval
which often leads to fat and is rich in carbohydrates and contain more and more additives our diet, increasingly at the expense of health.

Stress and stress on the body by the environment and certain unhealthy stimulants (such as smoking and alcohol) damage the organism in addition. Studies in mice have shown that regular fasting can improve the health of the body and slow the aging process.

The experimental animals showed also a reduced susceptibility to stress. The hypertension and diabetes risk fell and blood tests, heart and kidney functions were better. Even tumors grew demonstrably slower.

More about the health benefits of fasting you can find out on our post about fasting according to Buchinger.
There are various plans of how to carry out the diet. Ultimately, you have to find yourself the most suitable for you variant. Common intervals are for example:

5: 2 (5 days eating, two days of fasting)
6: 1 (6 days food, a day of fasting)
16/8 (16 hours fasting for 8 hours food) or
10in2 (one-zero-2, that is, a day of fasting, a day eating).
It is easiest if you start with a smaller fasting interval and then keep going ausdehnst the time window. For example, you can at the beginning from 12 noon to night at 8 a food break load (eat 16 hours normal, fasted for 8 hours; 8.16).

In the following weeks you are fasting takes two hours longer, until you finally fastest just 16 hours and feed yourself over 8 hours normally and have reached your 24-hour fasting. Now you can set two weekly non-consecutive days as a complete fasts.
