Moroccan cuisine has undergone many influences Berbers, Arabs and Jews. There is also a cuisine influences in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia (including India with spicy flavors of the kitchen).

Moroccan cuisine offers a variety of dishes: couscous, tagines, pastilla, barbecue, briouats (small triangle of pastry stuffed with meat or fish). There is, in addition, other types of cuisine Moroccan: tagine mrouzia the tangia Marrakchi (in the Marrakech region), the Harira (soup breaking the fast of Ramadan), blessing, tagoula ( of boiled barley flour), the seffa, salad Moroccan or even orange and cinnamon flavor of the salad.
