This is a program develop mainly for people involved in the dairy and beverages industries.

This application will assist in calculating the amount of individual ingredients required to be combined to achieve specific composition targets.

This is specially useful in the Dairy industry where milk composition change during the year and the final product requires constant composition like %fat, %protein, %msnf, etc.

The calculations assume there is no dilution when combining all ingredients and the final mix is homogeneous.

Also, is important to measure the composition of the ingredients and final product using the same units of measurement in this case %m/m (g/Kg) or %m/v (g/L).

Three different calculations options are provided:

1. Mixing two ingredients to achieve a particular target (Pearson square): Useful when combining a high and low concentration ingredients to achieve the target for a particular batch size.

2. Mixing two ingredients to achieve two targets: This option is provided to determine if two ingredients can be mixed and achieve two different targets. Under normal circumstances this is difficult to achieve so the final batch size has a range.

3. Mixing three ingredients to achieve two targets: This is similar to the previous option but will use three ingredients.

Finally, the app has a small database where up to 6 ingredients can be stored and used for the calculations.
