However, some wavelengths of light (such as blue and green) inhibit the production of melatonin; since the devices emit mainly blue light, it is advisable to reduce this spectrum so as to prevent the body from ceasing to produce melatonin.
Thanks to the Night Mode Style filter, you can protect your eyes without tiring them.
This way you can continue using your device even at night without negatively affecting your sleep.
