In this post, I am going to show you how to install Samsung Concierge on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Samsung Concierge using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
Once installed, click "Samsung Concierge" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

The Samsung Concierge is a service for smartphones Samsung Galaxy S8 / S8 Plus and Galaxy Note8, Android system. Through it, the phone user can contact us via phone or chat with a personal assistant that will take solutions to all questions and needs related to the smartphone.

This benefit is only for consumers who have purchased and / or use Smartphones Galaxy S8, S8 Galaxy Plus or Galaxy Note8 produced in Brazil until December 31, 2018.

The Samsung Concierge allows the user to:
- Arrange a unique number to speak directly with the Concierge.
- Get training for use of the product, with instructions via telephone or presencial¹ schedule in a Samsung store.
- Get support to transfer the previous smartphone data to the new, via phone or presencial¹.
- Get expert support wherever you are, through remoto² access.
- Have preferential treatment, no waiting or row in assists Samsung³ techniques.
- Arrange a service takes and brings to your phone in case of reparo⁴.
- Count on a smartphone reserve during the repair of your celular⁵.
