-Customers with diabetes who are insured with Samsung Fire Insurance
(Customers who are 15 years of age or older and whose contracts are normally maintained)

■ Main Service
1. Provision of health information
-Provide diabetes-specific health information according to the diabetes management curriculum verified by the advice of a diabetes specialist

2. Consultation messages and questions & answers
-Provides counseling messages to help improve eating habits according to the set eating habit improvement goals
-If you ask a question, provide answers through consulting with medical staff at Gangbuk Samsung Hospital

3. Self-management convenience
-Convenient meal recording and automatic calorie counting with voice recognition function
-Bluetooth/NFC function blood sugar meter interlocking, blood sugar record, feedback on input blood sugar
-Provide self-management convenience functions such as medication alarm and hospital visit record
-Provides graphs of blood sugar, diet, and exercise

■ Things to know
-If the service provisions are not met, the service provision is limited.
(Refer to Samsung Fire & Marine website for detailed conditions)
-Service is limited to diabetic customers with severe diseases such as type 1 diabetes (insulin dependent diabetes), gestational diabetes and stroke, myocardial infarction, chronic kidney failure.
-Even if all of the specified service provision conditions are satisfied, service provision is limited to customers who do not have a smartphone or do not have a smartphone in their own name.
-Service period and contents may be changed depending on the circumstances of the service provider.
