ANDROID APPLICATION FOR DISPENSING CONCRETE - SPANISH METHOD (EHE - MONTOYA JIMENEZ)

The points are taken into account in this app to calculate the dosage of concrete are as follows:

FEATURE PROJECT RESISTANCE

You must enter the desired compression strength of concrete.

MATERIAL PROPERTIES

Water, cement, gravel, sand: At this point the specific masses are entered. In addition you must enter the fineness modulus of sand and gravel granulometric module (laboratory values obtained).

RESISTANCE REQUIRED IN LABORATORY MEDIA

Should choose the execution conditions (average, good and very good), the calculation of the average resistance is done automatically.

Water / cement ratio

At this point, you must choose a value of "k" of the table and press the "calculate" button thus obtaining the water / cement ratio.

MAXIMUM AGGREGATE SIZE

The maximum aggregate size should be determined according to the dimensions and armors, however can also be adopted according to the table values depending on the type of structure.

PLENTY OF WATER AND CEMENT

The "A" amount of water is expressed in liters per cubic meter of concrete, this value is obtained from the table; It is based on the consistency of concrete and aggregate size. Pressing the "Calculate" button will get the amount of cement in kilograms.

TOTAL AGGREGATE COMPOSITION granulometric

MIXING RATIOS

Pressing the first "Calculate" button shown this point the system will be resolved, obtaining the amount of sand and gravel (Kilograms). Pressing the second button "Calculate" the batch weights one cubic meter of concrete is obtained, also the weight ratio is obtained.

DOSAGE BY VOLUME

In this last point by pressing the "Calculate" button, the dosage will be obtained by volume for a cubic meter of concrete.
