FECOOMEVA administration shall be exercised by the General Assembly of Delegates, the Board of Directors and General Manager.

The General Assembly is the highest governing body of FECOOMEVA and its decisions are binding on all partners always have been adopted in accordance with the laws, statutes and regulations. It shall consist of the business delegates convened for the purpose.

They are skilled Delegates, registered in the social register at the date of the call will not have their rights suspended, are current in meeting its obligations to FECOOMEVA and accredit training in Solidarity Economy least 100 hours, duly certified.

The number of delegates shall be thirty (30) with their personal alternates, elected for a period of three (3) years.

General Meetings shall be Ordinary and Extraordinary. The first will meet once a year, within three (3) following the cutting of the financial year to fulfill its regular duties months.
