The International Youth Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of China is based on the 67th year of Taiwan, and the contribution and influence of the country and society are far-reaching.

The Youth Chamber of Commerce is an international NGO composed of young people between the ages of 18 and 40. It provides a platform for developing leadership, fostering social responsibility, enhancing friendship and bridging the world. The Youth Chamber of Commerce is organized all over the world. Nearly 10,000 members participate in the activities of the Youth Chamber of Commerce in 123 countries and regions around the world. These members are located in 5,000 cities and regions. There are more than one million OB members who are over forty years old.

Since its introduction in 1952, the Qing Chamber of Commerce has been in the country for 67 years. It is distributed in all counties and cities in Taiwan and important towns and cities. There are currently 150 clubs with 7,000 members and hundreds of thousands of OB members.
