Faraidh is a form jama 'of the word fariidhah. Fariidhah word taken from the word meaning fardh taqdir, provisions. Allah Almighty says:

"(So pay) half of the dower ye have set it." (Surah al-Baqarah: 237).

Medium according to the terms of Personality 'is fard said predetermined part to the heirs.

WARNING HARD TO NOT EXCEED THE LIMITS IN THE MATTER LEGACY

It was the Arabs at the time of Ignorance, before Islam came to give inheritance rights to men and not given to women, and to adults, and are not given the small children.

When Islam came, Allaah gave each has the right to be right. These rights are called "Testament of Allah" (Surat an-Nisa ': 12). and called the "Faridhah, provision of Allah" (Surat an-Nisa ': 11). Then two paragraphs were followed by issues stern warning and a serious threat to those who deviate from the Shari'ah of God, especially in matters of inheritance. Allah Almighty says:

"(The laws) are the provisions of God, whoso obey Allah and His Messenger, Allah put it into heaven flowing in it rivers, and they will abide therein; and the great triumph. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Apostle and violate the terms of his, Allah will enter it into the fire of hell while he will abide therein; and her humiliating torment. "(Surat an-Nisa ': 13-14).

FACTORS THAT CAUSE GETS THE LEGACY

Factors that cause a person to get the inheritance, there are three:

Allah Almighty says:

"And those who have blood ties to one another more right (inheritance-heir)." (Surah al-Ahzaab: 6) Wala '(loyalty slaves who had freed the man who gave him his freedom):

Ibn 'Umar from the Prophet, he said, "al-Walaa' it is like kinship senasab kinship." (Saheeh: Shahihul Jami'us Shaghir no: 7157, Mustadrak Hakim IV: 341, Bayhaqi X: 292). Marriage

Allah states:

'And you (husband and wife) half of the treasure abandoned by wives. "(Surat an-Nisa': 12)
