- Any company or counter not covered by this application is due to the unavailability of a gateway to enter the reading for its subsidiary company at the time of publishing the update of this application.
- There are specific dates for entering the readings every month according to each company. These dates differ from one company to another and are mostly from the second week of the month to the middle of the month, and this is of course according to what is determined by the electricity distribution company itself, and this application has nothing to do with that.
