In this post, I am going to show you how to install ShoutOut.biz on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

By providing local (non-restaurant) businesses a unique opportunity to gain tremendous advertising exposure through a combination of car-top LED mobile billboards, ATM Topper Displays and the full color ShoutOut.biz magazine published monthly and displayed at participating merchants and restaurants (and delivered with each food order).

The big competitors depend on stiff commissions from participating restaurants (as high as 30%) and consumer delivery fees.
