According to the District Education Information System, he said that dropouts of students of Muslim and Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribe students are more than the average drop-outs of the country. The minister also presented the figure about this.

According to this data, the average drop-out rate for children of all classes of the country at the primary level is 4.13%, Schedule 4.46 of Schedule Cast, 6.93% of Scheduled Tribe and 6.54% of Muslim community. Similarly, the average drop-out rate of all categories in high school is 4.03%, then 5.51% of the schedule cast, 8.59% of the Schedule Tribe and 9.49% of the Muslim community. In the middle school, the average drop-out rate of all categories is 17.06%, then schedule cast of 19.36%, 24.68% of schedule tribe and 24.12% of Muslim community. (With agency input)
