Unlike Pool, and 8Ball, Snooker (known in some countries simply as Billiards) revolves around point scoring. The player with the most points wins. The top score possible in snooker is a Maximum Break - 147, which can be achieved by potting (using the cue ball) all fifteen red balls with fifteen black balls for 120 points, followed by all six colours for a further 27 points.
