The web radio dell'I.I.S.S Roberto Rossellini was born from the desire of some students to try their hand at creating a web radio school operated by themselves.
Through numerous exchanges of ideas among some students and teachers, the project was brought to the attention of the President of the Institute, Maria Teresa Marano, which has shown itself ready to cooperate with the boys.
Soon the issuer has found its own identity, taking the name of RadioRossellini, activities inserted inserted into the creative workshop "Workshop." By involving a large number of students it has formed a working group.
The next step was to define an editorial line, designing radio programs and establish a schedule. On the occasion of the XI edition of the Rome Film Festival you have started the first direct and the guys have had the first contact with the world of radio.
Within this process, while at the end of October 2016, our country was hit by another earthquake, a native Rossellini Institute Professor of Norcia was activated in order to assist the nursina population. Among the ideas that emerged to support the areas affected by the earthquake, there was also to use the design of the web to create the school radio station mate to Roman at another school. So did the collaboration with the Institute Omnicomprensivo A. De Gasperi - R. Battaglia di Norcia, with the aim of supporting cultural and group activities, bringing attention to the historical and artistic patrimony hit hard by the earthquake
It 'was then activated a network project between Rome and Norcia thanks to private donations study of Stern Consulting Jobs - Zanin, the SIAE, the software company MB Soft, New Radio Ltd., the Spreaker platform and Onlus Athenaeum N.A.E. and Immaculate Missionary Friends.
The twinning project involves the students of the two schools cooperate with each other, exchanging ideas, but above skills on communication techniques.
