In this post, I am going to show you how to install ConstruCode on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install ConstruCode using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
Once installed, click "ConstruCode" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

[Note 2] about Bluetooth: At the moment, support for Bluetooth is not available on BlueStacks. Hence, apps that require control of Bluetooth may not work on BlueStacks.

ConstruCode incorporates mobile device technology to the works, making the projects reach the employees at the construction site in a clearer, practical and efficient way, taking the information from the designer's drawing board to the worker who actually carries out the construction.

How it works?

It is an online project platform. With it, the user divides his projects into snippets, and when sending them to ConstruCode, labels are automatically generated for each file sent. These allow viewing CAD files, BIM files or even documents such as bills of materials and technical reports from any mobile phone with the ConstruCode application installed.

Labels are printed on common printers and arranged at strategic points on the site. At these points, they can be scanned by tablets and smartphones.

What are the practical advantages of this?

Each section is located exactly where it will be built and this allows for a clearer understanding of what will be carried out at each point of the work, enabling an interaction with the project in a simple and clear way.

In addition, due to its practicality, the platform facilitates access to project information, which reduces doubts and prevents the execution from deviating from what was designed.

This makes the construction more productive and precise and avoids misinterpretation, waste and, consequently, the generation of waste.

Another problem that the platform solves is the lack of information about completed properties.

Many owners do not keep the construction projects of their properties, whose information can be essential in carrying out renovations and repairs, which can also lead to losses.

With only the label, information about the projects is kept digitally, pasted in safe places such as the door of electrical panels in the house and can be easily found and accessed throughout the life of the property.
