Noori Masjid is a branch of Islamic Academy to fulfill the daily need of the East Plano area Muslims. Noori Masjid offers 5 time and Friday prayers and other services to educate and fulfill the spiritual need of the East Plano area Muslims.

Islamic Academy was founded in 2001 to spread the Sunnah and serve the Muslim community in the East Plano area. Alhamdulillah, Islamic Academy has been serving the Plano area Muslim community since then at different locations.

The mission and core purpose of the foundation of Islamic Academy is to produce Scholars, Huffaz, and Reciters of Al-Quran in this very country we live in. Alhamdulillah, Islamic Academy is currently providing educations in the Traditional Sciences of Al-Quran, Hadith and Fiqh along with contemporary sciences to fulfill the core purpose and mission of its foundation. Till now, Islamic Academy has produced various scholars and Huffaz. In the Alim Institute, many students are currently enrolled and getting education to become future scholars and leaders of the Ummah.

Muslims have now made this country as their home place and many new people are embracing Islam every day. Masajid and Madarsahs are founded in nearly every place. However, there are not many places where the scholars and Alims are being produced. Therefore, there is a big need for the Muslim Ummah to have an Alim Institute, where the scholars and future leaders of the Ummah are produced and trained. And Islamic Academy is fulfilling that core need of the Muslim Ummah of North America.

Islamic Academy aspires to revive the teachings of the Righteous Scholars of Ahl-us Sunnah such as Imam Abu Hnifa, Imam Shafai, Imam Malik, Imam Ahmed Bin Hamble, Shaykh Jalal-ud deen Suyuti, and Imam Gazali to name a few.
