This is a tool for continuous (1x per minute) scanning for nearby devices with a Bluetooth adapter on board. Tracking a remote device requires it to have Bluetooth enabled and set to discoverable mode. The App starts a service running in the background that both does the scanning and keeps the local Bluetooth adapter enabled and discoverable, thus allowing it to be tracked by remote devices nearby.
The information about discovered remote devices (Bluetooth hardware identifier and signal strength RSSI) with corresponding timestamps is saved to a local SD card ('ContactDiary' folder in the root directory). Optionally, the App allows uploading the records in the background to a remote FTP server.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
