In this post, I am going to show you how to install My Repair ID on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install My Repair ID using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

This is a mobile tool for order, message (chat), employee and customer management for all types of repair companies and customers. To repair ID as the center, real-time synchronization of all repair information, including order information synchronization, customer message (chat ) synchronization, greatly improving work efficiency and customer experience.

Support for the two most popular mobile platforms, greatly extending the customer range. The app automatically logs in to different user interfaces based on user identity, including service providers, customers, service technicians, and customer service.

For service providers, the app provides order management, message management, staff and revenue management, and other important functions such as order backup.

For customers, real-time access to different maintenance companies for their own order information and real-time chat with service providers and customer service or call directly from within the app.

For customer service, real-time processing of orders and customer chat or call directly from within the app.

For repair technicians, real-time updates of repair status and notes information.

The in-app-purchase (subscription) feature is only for service companies, it is free for their customers and employees(in the package). The length of subscription is 1 month, and auto-renewable, however, users can cancel that.

How to use?

1. Repair companies sign up as 'Service Provider'.
2. Repair companies ask their customers to sign up as one kind of customer type in the 'Customer' field (Personal, Dealer, Company and Org.).
3. Repair companies ask their employees to sign up as Technician or C.S.R. in the fields of 'Service Provider'.
4. Repair companies create a new order by registered customers' email.

For service providers, there are order, message, employee, income management and other features like order backup etc.
Customers and employees have their own different consoles to handle orders and messages.
