Ayurveda, an ancient Indian medical science originated over 5000 years ago, the main aim of it is to maintain the healthy persons health and to alleviate the disease status of the patient. The knowledge of this science was developed by many ancient Indian Saints and sages by taking a lead and compilation from the source of many ancient Indian scriptures which consist a spiritual as well as health related knowledge heritage such as Veda, Vedangas, Upanishad and so on, as well as by adding their philosophical and experience based views (concepts-Principles) in it. This knowledge is existed in the form of principles such as Panchamahabhuta, Tridosha, Prakruti, Triguna, Saptadhatu, Kriyakaal and so on. Through these principles Ancient authors explained the human beings Anatomy, Physiology, Psychology, pathology, internal medicine and different treatment procedures to treat their abnormality.

Among all of these Prakruti concept is considered as an essence of the Ayurveda science. Each one of us possesses all three Dosha in our constitution, Vata is responsible for initiating, controlling the microscopic as well as gross movements and acquiring and carrying the knowledge of different senses. Pitta is responsible for digestion, metabolism, assimilation and biological transformation. Kapha is responsible for growth-development and to providing the stability. At the time of the union of the Shukra-Shonita, one of the Dosha will become predominate in offspring and place it mark upon in human being in term of physical, physiological, psychological traits, genetic inheritance and predisposition to certain diseases which make human being unique.

Modern medicine believes that everyone has same anatomy, physiology and pathological disease process does not take sufficient account of differences between the people and has attempted to treat the condition rather than the patient suffer from it, in contrary Ayurveda science view that each individual is unique to each other, they vary on the basis of their physical, physiological, psychological constitution and process of pathological changes in disease, their response towards particular drug and procedure in some extent, so ones his/her individual constitution detected than we can able to prevent and cure the disease states by managing the dietregimen and some time by prescribing the Prakruti based personalized medicine according to individual constitution and vitiated Dosha.
